I have used Banana Print before and have always received quick delivery and quality products. I made a mistake on my order this time and they were amazing. They cancelled the print and waited for me to send new copies. Matt was amazing. Cheers guys 👍🏻

Ordered bookmarks and supplied artwork, specifically requesting gold foil to match the gold font used on my book cover. The bookmarks I received were nothing like the proof or the original artwork.

Instead of gold, the text appeared grey/silver, the artwork was very dark, and much of the detail visible on my book cover was lost. The same artwork has already been printed elsewhere with a gold finish successfully, which is why I was so disappointed with the result.

When I contacted customer services and asked them to investigate and reprint the bookmarks in gold as requested, I was offered a discounted reprint rather than a resolution. I was also given explanations about CMYK printing and how screens appear brighter than printed products.

Had these limitations been clearly explained before production, I would have cancelled the order rather than spend additional money on a product that does not match my expectations or the supplied artwork.

As a disabled independent author, I work hard to maintain consistent branding across my books and promotional materials, and I cannot afford to waste money on products that do not resemble the approved design.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically requested to match my book cover. After reviewing the correspondence today, I noticed that the proof email referred to silver rather than gold. Unfortunately, there had already been multiple emails back and forth about the order, and I did not spot that this had been changed.

At no point was I contacted to clarify this change or advised that the finished product would differ significantly from the artwork supplied. Had this been explained, I would have cancelled the order rather than proceed.

The issue is not simply that the bookmarks are darker than expected. The issue is that the final product does not reflect what I requested, and when I raised my concerns I was offered a discounted reprint rather than a proper resolution.

This was my first order with this company and, unfortunately, it will be my last. I am left with 100 bookmarks that I will not use because, in my opinion, they bear little resemblance to the proof or the original artwork provided.

Not only do these cards look amazing quality, the pictures came out with amazing quality, they came so quickly, I made an error at checkout as I wanted double-sided and paid for single and it was sorted so quickly. We needed stickers urgently and found Banana Print after seeing much higher prices and longer delivery times elsewhere. We ordered 144 custom stickers with a detailed design at 11pm on Thursday and received them on Saturday morning. The quality is excellent, the delivery was incredibly fast, and they were the most affordable option we found. Highly recommended!

I needed some flyers and posters made for a local art club. Finding other printing companies either very expensive or not based in the UK and looking at a week or more for delivery I decided to take a chance based on reviews here on Trustpilot. I'm delighted I did. I placed my order on Thursday evening and it has just arrived (Saturday morning) and the results are exceptional. The paper is very good quality and the prints are accurate and vibrant (which is just what we needed for art club flyers). I have bookmarked their website and will be using them again for future prints.

Template for producing leaflet was easy to use. Variety of sizes was useful. Quality of product was good. delivery in only 3 days. Good value for money

Order placed before 2 pm deadline, expected cards to be printed and dispatched. 72 hours later, they were still not (albeit over the weekend). Raised as a complaint, that they wouldn't arrive until nearly a week after ordering, told to read the T&C's from the website.
