Fraudulent and unwillingness to make corrections
On April 19, I ordered for TWO Luxury Wooden Watch Box - 8-Slot and got a confirmation email of shipment. I intended to send it straight to a colleague of mine as a gift but my instinct guided me right and I chose my address instead.
I was shocked to receive only one item on May 1. I sent an email and didn't get a response. So, I chose to call and I was promised of delivery of the outstanding item. I got a confirmation email of the dispatch and was disappointed again with delivery of a 5-slot instead of 8- slot.
I called again and the staff I spoke with promised to rectify it by sending the correct item and label for the return of the incorrect one. However, I received another shock later via email which said "we have already processed a refund for the difference in cost between the 8-slot and 5-slot watch box, and it should reflect in your account shortly.."
I did not request a refund and don't require one. The 5-slot is of no use to me now, as the gift is for a couple. If you must deal with this company, ensure that you receive the goods directly and do not overlook any details.
