Great service

I recently bought bamboo charcoal panels, the showroom is absolutely stunning and I was helped by a lovely lady named Clare she was really helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable on the panels and installation. I have them up and I am absolutely delighted with them they make our dining room look so nice, I would recommend these to anyone

Exceptional Design & Installation

Exceptional Design & Installation

I went initially to the showroom to have a look and to hopefully get some flue slat samples. I met Krikita however who was one of the designers, who was super helpful. We worked out a design together for our master bedroom and she sent me some mood board images including the slats. This helped me plan and visualise the entire room involving other products such as a floating vanity unit. An installation date was put in promptly and Paul and Ste came to install. They were very professional, friendly and masters of their craft. A couple of snags identified were sorted out super quickly. The room looks absolutely amazing and I’m looking to get further products in my other rooms. Thank you Bamboo Charcoal. Vicky Simcott

LUXURY PANELS with exceptional customer service!

THE BEST!! Ordered a selection of samples and I’m pretty sure they arrived the very next day! Super quick turn around, perfectly packaged and the team reached out to check in after delivery.
First class service, unreal product quality and I can’t wait to order the full size panels for our new home! The luxury feel and look of the panels is out of this world! I’m so glad I found you guys to bring my vision to life! Thanks again for the excellent service so far. We look forward to dealing with you again soon! 🖤

Highly recommend Bamboo Charcoal

I used the Paris Flute Slats in my games room, bar and WC they have completely transformed the space and taken it from boring/plain to sleek and stylish. They were easy to install and easy to clean. I'm over the moon with how they look and would definitely use them again. Sam and Macey were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing a design which would complement the room and with installation queries. Great product at a great price.

Outstanding Product & Service Every Time

We’ve used Bamboo Charcoal panelling for several of our glamping projects now, and it’s nothing short of phenomenal. The quality of the product speaks for itself – it brings a unique, premium finish to our interiors and always impresses our guests.

Beyond the product itself, the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service is second to none – always responsive, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
