If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I ordered racks and ladder stoppers. My items came crammed in an old beat up box. Appears to be used.. Missing instructions for my stoppers, missing assembly items that “supposedly comes in the package”. No customer service number and I cannot get anyone to respond to the “live” chats. This is the reason why I ever hesitate to order anything online. Very disappointed and wished I never spent my money with this retailer! I can’t even put this together to use! What a WASTE!

The cross rails I purchased were advertised as being compatible with my 2019 Ford Flex. I took them to an outfitter to be installed and they are too small to grip the factory installed side rails. I am fortunate that the outfitter offered to take them as trade for something that will work because I don't have time to hassle with sending them back.

Arrived on time and followed the directions and installed the rack without any issues.

I bought door seals and a trunk seal for my e28 and the trunk seal started to tear and not fit right on my car.

I’m really disappointed that it didn’t work out.
Poor quality.

Answering to my questions was super fast. Asked for digital instructions and was sent as a link promptly. I would have like to be aware that I would have duties fee eventually. That came in as a surprise. So far the product seem ok. I'd put a stronger rubber protection for the part that touches the car. The one provided seem like it won't last that long.
