El peor seguro
Te subirán drásticamente el precio cada año aunque no tengas ningún accidente, y sólo si les suplicas por teléfono te bajarán el precio y harán todo lo que esté en su mano para no cancelarte la renovación de la póliza. Llevo un año intentándolo, sintiéndome como una vaca a la que ordeñan.
Por desgracia, tengo ofertas de otras compañías que me cuestan la mitad que el seguro anual, pero obviamente balumba no me deja ir.

They will drastically increase your prices each year even if you have zero accidents, and only if you beg them over the phone will they decrease the price and will do everything in their power to avoid canceling your policy renewal. I have been trying for a year, feeling like a cow that they milk.
Unfortunately, I have offers from other companies that are half the price of yearly insurance, but obviously balumba won't let me go.

I am so upset
I am so upset. I left Spain and have been trying to cancel the automatic renewal of my insurance (which I did not know about), there was no way to not accept the renewal apart from asking them to call me, which I did multiple times but they never called me, presumably because I had left the country so although my phone number was the same they needed to pay to call abroad. I have honestly been trying for months to cancel this renewal, I eventually sent an email to the accidents email because it was the only one I could find, and they told me it's too late to cancel the renewal because it happened last week. I don't live in Spain, I don't have the car... it's absolutely ridiculous. I have to pay 350 eur for nothing.... they don't call you, they automatically renew your contract with no option to not accept unless you are in Spain and you answer the phone to them when (if) they call... honestly I am so disappointed this is not how you treat customers.

Avoid Balumba non-Spanish speakers
Avoid Balumba if you don't speak Spanish!
I sold my car a few weeks ago and have been trying to cancel my car insurance, but Balumba do not offer any way to cancel unless you can speak Spanish and call them up. I have contacted them on social media, email and WhatsApp but they have ignored me every time.
They make it very easy to purchase insurance for non-Spanish speakers, but impossible to cancel.
Disgraceful way to treat customers who've been with them for many years.

Worst company. Someone broke in my car 2 days ago and I am struggling to reach Balumba. Its been 2 days I am trying to call and they don't answer. They called me once but the line cut and they didn't even bother to call back. Don't spend any money on Balumba...

In the midst of so many obviously fake reviews, let me tell you how much this company sucks.
First of all, they advertise that towing and assistance getting home is included in all car insurance policies, but when you get in a situation where you need it, is not.
We got into car troubles in the middle of summer 38C within a heat wave, and when we called, first of all it took us an hour getting someone as they kept hanging up, then when they loop up your information they simply say that "you're not in the system". We can call you a tow that you'll have to pay, that took 2 hours to get there, and you'll have to find your own ride home.
Advertising says that all tows are included but in the fine print says that you can take it off if you'd like, it's optional. First of all, who takes that off? Second, they do without consumer consent.
That's what happened to us, we got no service, no assistance, they hung up the phone on you because they say you don't exist but they clearly take your money away when you payed a year in advance, and they harass you the next day that you need to pay the towing fees.
We ended up with sunburn and headaches for a service that we had PAYED.
RUN AWAY as far as you can from this company! They are quick to try and cover up bad reviews and bad posts in social media saying that that they'll look into it, but when they are support to help the consumers you'll probably die first if you rely on them.
And i mean that literally. In the middle of a heat wave in Spain, being stuck in the highway with children or elderly, you'll probably die or need to go to the hospital before you get help from the service you pay for!

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! They robbed me! I told them I want to get rid of it and they just ignored me and withdrawn money from my card, and because of that I have a f***ing credit!!! I called them to ask give me back my money and they told they can’t do it. It’s pure disrespect of their clients.
