My mother ordered a large bathroom mirror (800x1600) and it came with 2 of the corners cracked. Barely noticeable but still we were gutted. Only noticed it after installing it because we didn’t remove corner caps to check, so we were worried the seller would assume we did it, although we knew we didn’t hit the mirror or anything. Luckily no questions were asked, they replied straight away that the new mirror would be sent out and indeed it arrived within a couple of days. The mirror itself is beautiful and thought through.
