This company illegally charged my card for something I did not order from them. I reported it as fraud and they said because I supposedly received an email with a link for the product I could not get a refund. However, I never ordered anything from them so whatever email they had of mine was done fraudulently. I have also read that customers ordered something from this site at one price but got charged a higher price.
Do not order anything from this company (for those who are thinking about it) and monitor your bank account statements as well. It may show up as a different company called BAL

I opened a defective product and went through weeks of trying to get a replacement toy for my grandson. I wish I could give them zero stars. After several back and forth emails and what they were asking me to do you'd think this was a product worth hundreds of dollars, but it was a mechanical top puppy that was battery operated but did not work from day one when it was opened. It did not even come with instructions! I finally got frustrated and threw it away, being the piece of garbage that it was. They still have my money.

I am providing this review to warn consumers of online fraud committed by Balma Home. I ordered their heated gloves to ease the pain in my fingers due to Reynaud’s Disease—the “Heated Gloves for Raynaud’s & Arthritis | Waterproof, Rechargeable with 3 Heat Levels for Pain Relief and Improved Circulation” gloves. The Balma Home website advertises this heated glove specifically designed for that purpose. I paid $57.99 and after several weeks of waiting, the gloves finally arrived. Much to my dismay, however, the battery cases that have connectors to connect the batteries to the heated gloves’ heating elements were missing from the order. Hence, the gloves I paid for and received from them was so incomplete as to be unusable for the purpose for which they were purchased—to apply heat to my fingers. When I drew attention to the problem, Balma Home initially, stated that they would rectify the oversight by reordering the gloves. However, in a couple of days, they reneged on that offer and instead stated they could only provide a 20% refund of the purchase price. Their justification for that course of action was, they stated, Balma Home never said batteries would included. Balma Home disingenuously stated that once the customer supplies the batteries, the glove will heat, which is false: The batteries must have the battery case, which was not supplied with the gloves. I even pointed out that on their website, there is a gif showing someone connecting the battery cases with batteries to the cables in the gloves, inserting the case in the gloves’ battery pouch, then pushing the on switch. It is patently absurd to say since they did not explicitly state they would supply the battery cases, they did not need to provide them. That is like a car dealer stating since they did not explicitly state the drive train to the car they sold, they did not need to provide one. The omission obviates their very raison d'être—a heated glove to heat a car to provide transportation. I have requested a full refund since the heating elements of the gloves cannot function without the missing parts; however, they initially refused. Then: On Fri, Dec 12, 2025 at 8:55 AM Josias Y wrote: “We want to let you know that we will proceed with the refund. You should see it reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days. If you need anything else, we’re here to help.” However, after the stated “5 business days”, perhaps as no surprise, a refund was NEVER issued. It has been one month since I first ordered the product and over two weeks of futile effort to get Balma Home to supply a pair of working heated gloves. This frustrating experience has been a massive waste of time, effort, and $57.99. A word to the wise: AVOID THIS COMPANY (like the plague, most likely ebola).

It took an extremely long time for the item to be shipped. When I finally received it, the item was not as expected. I reached out to costumer service for a return and was told that I couldn’t be offered a return.

Balmahome is a completely dishonest company. They took my money for a lawn trimmer and never delivered the product. They made up stories about when the product would be delivered which were all lies. Do not order from these charlatans. I would give them negative 5 stars if possible. They are criminals.

Joaquín made this experience so nice. He was extremely helpful in every aspect of my order. Now if the package would finally leave China it would be nice. It's still sitting on a shelf 1 week later. Lol

I ordered two motorcycle helmets that were matching with Italian flag colors. I got one with an Italian flag and another one that did not match which I did not order. They refused to exchange, they refused to permit me to return it. They advise the best they could do is to give me a $25 discount. Complete.Joke

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. I’ll definitely take responsibility for that. The glucose watch is not as advertised. The entire layout of the watch is different from the one displayed online. After waiting weeks for this watch, I’m highly disappointed. Customer service while responsive, basically did not help in my request for a refund. Avoid these scammers!

I would not even give this company a 1 star rating however, there is nothing lower then 1 star. This company is a complete scam!!! Do not buy anything from this company!! The items they advertise are not the items that you receive. I purchased a life like dog for my father as a companion and it looks like something you would purchase from a flea market for $5.00. Ivan R, was my contact and was told after serious consideration that, I received the product that I purchased, even after I sent pictures from their website and pictures of what I received.. So, now I am stuck with a $40 piece of trash!! nice going just keep ripping of the consumer.

Don’t use fraud massively named under gear tech.

Bought 2 x trackers 1st Oct 2025 - Took an age to arrive and didn't work from day 1. Their Tech support keeps telling you to try this, try that but they don't work and are not fit for purpose. Asked for refund and just getting fobbed off with excuses trying to blame user error. Have lost £49.50 - Don't buy - they are crooks.

This company comes under gear tech, I bought a drone which looks like it was shipped from the uk, looks like a uk website, I can confirm it is not and it’s all one big SCAM!!!! Quoted me £70 to return the item, which cost me £129 for an item that was not even worth the postage cost, please stay away from this company! Customer care team must be an automated email address( told me I would get refunded then declined then told me I’d only get a store credit and refund was not doable. Don’t risk it!!!!
Update, after opening a PayPal case I got my money back. Still rate 0 as this was so so stressful trying to get the money back.

Paid for a large 4x4 truck and spare batteries. Nothing turned up for two weeks. But then, only the batteries. £70 for two remote control batteries.
Delivery now showing as complete.

I purchased the Realistic Robotic Puppy Toy from Balma Home Dallas Tx on September 27, 2025 and received the product on October 10, 2025. Underneath both of the puppies arms there was a hard clear plastic piece sticking out under the fur that almost cut my finger. I contacted the merchant and made them aware of the situation. I was emailed back by the Customer Care Team member that the clear hard sharp piece that almost cut my finger was a standard structural component and is safe for supervised use. They also mentioned that it does not fall under the criteria for a return or refund. The company is a scam and I advise you not to purchase anything from them.

Ordered an external hard drive. Day after ordering I did a company check. Red flags everywhere. My $110 taken out of account. Email unanswered. Four weeks later got a tiny cheap plastic 'Phone flash charger' made in China. This thing must have cost .50 cents to manufacture. I will write it off as loss for their return policy is equally sketchy. What a scam!

A lamp came with many parts missing such that I could not assemble the lamp. I complained several times and got very lame excuses as to why they could not either refund the price or replace the lamp even to the extent that because I could not send them the assembly instruction that was deemed sufficient not to honour the contract.
