Never buy Bally backpack again

Never buy Bally backpack again. For three years ago I bought a Bally backpack for 800 euro where the zip to one of the two front pockets have broken. The bag can no longer be used. Bally customer service was not service minded at all and just offered 15% discount on a new purchase. Why should I do this when the product quality of the current bag pack is poor especially taking price into consideration. I donot feel Bally takes responsibility when quality is poor and Bally has just lost a very good customer to date. Very unprofessional

Extreme poor quality shoes

Extreme poor quality shoes! Not a luxury brand at all. I brought a pair of shoes from bally. The heel peeled on first wear!

Unacceptable

Since Bally closed their store, I shopped online. Had to return a very expensive item. It's been like pulling teeth. I have worn Bally for 15+ years and love the Brand. Their returns process is a nightmare and it's now over 3 weeks, so I initiated a claim through my credit card. Absolutely unacceptable. I think my Bally days are over.

Bally sandals scarred my beautiful feet.
Worst pair that I own,very disappointing.
Actually this is a first pair of sandals which hurt my slender feet ever.

They haven’t shipped the item for two weeks and refuse to issue a refund

I placed and paid for my sneakers order (order number BLYUS_0030239 )on June 22 through your official website, bally.com. It has now been two full weeks, yet my order is still not shipped.

I contacted your official support a week ago — I was told the order would be shipped. Nothing happened. Then I started writing to your official Instagram and even left comments under your posts. Each time, I get nothing but empty promises.

This is completely unacceptable from a brand of your level. You have taken my money immediately, but you have not taken any real action to fulfill your part of the transaction. Not even an approximate shipping date, no explanation — just silence and stalling.

I demand that you finally take responsibility, stop ignoring your customer, and ship my order immediately or refund me in full without delay. Your current behavior is disappointing, unprofessional, and damaging to your reputation.

I expect a clear response from you today, with either the shipping confirmation and tracking details or a full refund process initiated.

If you continue to ignore my case and keep hiding behind empty words, I will escalate this publicly and formally through consumer protection channels and make sure others know how you treat paying customers.

Waiting for your immediate action.

horrible service

horrible service. waited for days after my order placement and got the cancellation without any explanation instead.

Also, they have not started to process the refund at the time of cancellation. I have sent them some inquiry email but still radio silent!

Fraud and scam

One of the worst places to do online shopping. If you are reading this review, it’s likely you want to order something from them. Please don’t do. It will take more than 14 days to get your order (without any notification, so I was out both times that they delivered it). The sizes are ridiculous, nothing fits. And if you decide to return your orders, that’s when the nightmare starts. They won’t answer to your mails (similar sent them more than 10 emails, tried to call them, scheduled a call with the agent, no nothing) . Finally, after almost 15 days they answered to my Facebook message and started the refund process. I thought, ok, that’s it, I can finally be free of that unfortunate order and that hateful company. But nooo, they received my return 10 business days ago, and I know that because the courier notified about it. I haven’t gotten any notification, or any answer. They just ghosted me. So, I’m starting the chargeback process.

I’ve been shopping online for more than 10 years, I work with many brands and e-commerce websites daily (that’s my work), but so have never ever seen anything like this.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Scribe refresh service is misleading. Boots were sent locally for refresh instead of to Switzerland and destroyed. Replacement pair does not fit and they will do nothing to fix. Mislead further into getting other pair refreshed.

Scribe refresh shrinks the shoe and toes are bruised from trying

Awful Gambling Site

They took $21 out of my bank account but didn’t post it to my account. I waited an extraordinary long time for their customer service agent, who had a very negative attitude. Then they just closed my account. If you are even thinking about doing business with them, God help you.
