Great product and great customer service!

Ordered for part of my best man’s speech and was told it would arrive in time. Despite several emails the item didn’t arrive in time.

I have got to say what great service I received when using this company. There was a problem with the photo I sent and the company emailed me regarding this. They discussed the issues before printing making sure they were providing a good quality print. The item was printed and dispatched as promised and was a great product .!

I would definitely use the company again and I am sure I will be a repeat customer in the future. Excellent service .

The quality of the balloons is great, the initial ordering was easy and the proof was sent quickly. However my issues came when it came to delivery. My order didn’t arrive in time and I had to drive 10 miles each way to collect my order from Parcel Force to make sure I got it before the event. I placed my order in plenty of time, it was the courier that wasn’t reliable. I couldn’t get in touch with the courier as it was all automated so I emailed balloon print to be told it should come in time. To be honest the response was very poor. I am now out of pocket for having to drive 20 miles and that’s without the stress of having to find the time around work and two small children to do this. Balloon print you should definitely take a look at the courier you use as this has meant I won’t be ordering again.

Wow! What a fantastic 6 ft cutout of future son in law, exceeded all expectations and will be a great asset at the Hen Do. Great service, product and value. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My go to for commercial printed balloons. I have tried many companies in the past but I have always struggled with quality and price. Being a balloon business, quality is an absolute must. The quality of Latex is spot on. High Float works perfectly meaning the latex last a week with the glue and all of the balloons are very well printed. Super fast, efficient and great value in both quality & money.
