A JOKE EXPERIENCE
Hi,
I was super unsatisfied with the service I get from You guys.
1. I did get balons one day after they should be delivered.
2. I tried to call You many times and I did never get an answer or call back.
3. I found ballons in the FRONT of the building where my appartment is without ANY information about it was delivered. I have no clue at what time they have been delivered, but I found them at 5pm. This is kinda ridicoulous for the price I did pay for them.
Reasuming, I did get baloons one day after the party, when I tried to contact You, I had no answer from You at all. Baloons were delivered without a single word. Very likely someone was able to pick them up and take them away, so You at least should care about Your own buissnes. Very sad.

1. As I can see on your order it is delivered the day you did choose when ordering.
2. We are sorry that we were not able to take the phone at the time you called. Maybe you have called outside our opening hours and therefore our automatic voice mail are asking our customers to reach out on email.
3. As with all balloons ordered with Giv en ballon, they are placed in front of your door, if no-one is opening when we ring the doorbell.
Ofcourse our driver make sure that the balloons are placed safely.
When your order is delivered our system automatically sends an email to tell that your order was delivered. I cannot tell you why you did not receive this email, expect it might have ended in your spam folder.
