Afspraak werd steeds geannuleerd, geen reactie op verzoek restitutie

Al sinds mijn kindertijd vertelde mijn moeder hoe graag ze een ballonvaart wilde maken over haar woonplaats in Noord Holland. Dit jaar had ik eindelijk het geld bij elkaar gespaard om haar dit cadeau te kunnen geven samen met haar beste vriendin voor haar 70e verjaardag. Bij balloncentrum.nl.

Het was al lastig om ze aan de telefoon te krijgen, want je kon maar één uur per week bellen om te vragen of de afspraak doorging. En elke keer ging het weer niet door. Dit voorjaar werden ze ineens gebeld of ze binnen een uur klaar konden staan in Nieuwe Niedorp, maar dat lukte ze niet. Daarna hebben zij niets meer gehoord. Ik heb begin deze maand mijn geld terug gevraagd en verder ook niets meer gehoord.

Geen aanrader dus. Ik geloof niet dat het een scam is, maar ik heb wel een boel geld betaalt voor niets.
