Really really REALLY bad.

Really really REALLY bad.
I don't even know where to begin. I've never seen such an amateur level performance. It's a disgrace they call this ballet. The lighting of the costumes failed constantly, but surprisingly it was better with lights out because it was just só kitsch. It looked like costumes bought at Temu.
The dancers made dozens of mistakes, leaving me with the feeling I was watching a highschool performance.
They also visually didn't match with eachother. The dancing was wooden and not appealing to look at at all.
In short, it was nót ballet.
The prices for the tickets were quite hefty, don't waste your money and time on this obvious money grab.
As my friend later said, the production value of their promotional video is really strong, but don't let it fool you into thinking you're going to be seeing something worth while.
I would give zero stars if I could.
Oh and the seating as some other reviewer said, is définitely an issue.

You bought tickets....no seats on the day....tough! No refunds!

Wouldn't recommend ballet of lights.
save your money and go to Disney on ice instead! Firstly, when we arrived, we couldn't sit in our seats. We paid extra for 'Zone A' tickets yet when we arrived, there were no seats left for us to sit in! There were numerous other families around us that were in the same position. Fever refused to check everyone's tickets because they didn't want the show to start late and asked us to sit in Zone D. The stage manager took my email address and a representative from fever told us we would receive a full refund. They also said this to the large number of patrons affected in the same way we were. The show was disappointing. There was none of the classic Disney music, the costumes were disappointing and the stage set up was very simple. I waited for my email to confirm a refund....nothing.
I emailed fever, and they said 'sorry no refunds!', I emailed them again, 'no refunds because our ticket was scanned in at 6.05 and their terms and conditions say to arrive 30 minutes prior. I emailed again 'no refund despite us telling you we would refund, its against our no refund policy'. I contacted the venue, they confirmed Fever could be extremely difficult to deal with, took my details and passed them on to a fever representative.....still I've heard nothing. I posted a review on trust pilot.....fever replied asking me to email them and the case would be re opened. I emailed, they replied sorry, we don't offer refunds. I contacted ballet of lights via faxebook messenger, they said they'd look into it but I never heard back. I messaged again, they said they'd already replied, ive since messaged and said I've had no correspondence from them. Trying to contact anyone from.either of these companies is near impossible.
What an absolute debacle, and im sure the other people on the night are being dealt this dreadful service too:( how dare they take my money but not have seats available on the night, and then not refund!!!?? I would highly recommend not seeing this show and avoid buying tickets through Fever! You probably won't get to sit in the seats you paid for, and you won't get any reimbursement! You certainly won't be able to contact anyone either!
