Avoid

Terrible service, takes a few mails to get a reaction
Now completely no reaction whatsoever. Impossible to return products.

Slow delivery, couldn't cancel even after knowing it hadnt yet been shipped - seems dropshipping scheme

Company doesn't honour their own T&Cs concerning free returns. Customer service completely lacking

I'm now in a situation where I got one free shipping return so returned one of the two boxes, now communication dead. Hoping I'll one day get my refund. Such a bad and irritating experience. Wish I never touched this site.

We absolutely LOVE our ball pit

We absolutely LOVE our ball pit. Baby loves it even more. Got it around 6 months of course he liked it but he loved it more the older her got. He’s 8 months now and I can tell he’s going to love it even more the older he gets.

Yeah we got it a little early but I’d say it’s still with it to get it early if you’re debating.

The company was great to deal with too. Responded to emails quickly about shipping and if you order on a weekday shipping is super fast.

Good Quality

The product is of very good quality. My daughter is enjoying it thoroughly and it helps in her personality development as well while she uses them.
I am happy to have found this for her and would love to order more products in the future as she grows
