I'm so thankful this company exists. We have high quality grocery and without them I would have a very difficult time sourcing everything I need.

Selection of organic produce is excellent and well-priced. Customer service is great, even if the owner can sometimes react agressively to reasonable customer complaints, the local service and delivery staff are generally very helpful, understanding and responsive. I've been ordering regularly for years now.

Bali Direct responds quickly to questions. They ar involved with returning / recycling glass bottles. Their delivery drivers are polite. They offer a wide range of delicous food and beverage products.

A naked girl on a scooter turned up and delivered my order :)... Oh, you said say the truth.. ok, the service is always good, products good and it was a guy who turned up with everything in a freezer box.

I love the convenience, especially the grocery items. I stuggle with things consistantly being out of stock. after ordering. The lack of consistacy of freshness in the produce. I tend to find other sources because of this.

We love being able to order our produce from Bali Direct. Drivers are always friendly and professional. Most of the produce is excellent. The only reason I don't give a 5 Star rating is that sometimes the produce is not the quality I expect. I.E. today I ordered 2 bunches of organically grown kale. This is typically enough to make 5 trays of Kale Chips in my dehydrator. We could only fill 2 trays. For the last couple of weeks the kale has been substandard. This week I tried a different farm and again the kale was small and some of it was poor quality. Poor quality produce should be culled and not sent out. I'm going to wait a month now before I try to order kale again. Maybe this is not the right season for it.
