Balgores Leasing Reviews 

Baglores ask you to write a review once you have a contract in place, not when you have received your car. It's easy to give good service when you have sold something without delivering it. I signed a contract with a delivery date of 1st September, while verbally being told it may be the end of September. I have had to chase the team 3 times asking for a delivery date, to which I have still had no clear answer. The latest reply says the car will be in stock with the dealership on 23rd October and has given no clarity to actual delivery date. So far it is looking like 8 weeks minimum from the date on my contract with no proactive communication with me or an updated expected delivery date. Terrible experience.

From start to finish Balgores sorted the whole process, we were returning and receiving a new car. Special thanks to Mark and Katie for their help and support. There was 1 issue with the car being returned, unfortunately the company collecting failed to attend on the agreed date. Was delayed by 4 days which was abit of a pain. However Balgores really tried to assist with the communication etc to keep the whole process smooth. Also took the gap insurance which I thought was more than reasonable. Great company to deal with. Will definitely use again 👍

Sourced an instock deal for me, start to finish was 3weeks from first call to delivery! Sent photos of the car, held my hand the whole way through and were easily contactable when i needed. Great service throughout and even followed up a few days after delivery to check everything was ok.
