We received great service from this company. Two small nuts were missing from our order — they were quickly sent to us without any hassle. One of the tables also had a misaligned hole, causing it to stand unevenly. After contacting customer service, they promptly sent us a replacement table. Communication was pleasant and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!
I ordered a parasol with a hook, but it is not compatible, there is no help on the site that shows you the right hook
Now I'm sending the incompatible hook back at my own expense and I bought another one, which is too expensive,
I bought 3 flowerboxes and i am really happy with them. The look is super nice and also the delivery to Germany was super fast. One box was a bit damaged, I guess through shipping. I wrote this to the customer service and got immediately an answer and a discount on the damaged box. So i‘m really satisfied with the order and the service :)
Great quality product. Bought the balcony clamp for parasol, fits to the non-standard shape balcony railing securely. Couldn’t find one that fits from the larger typical companies.
