Very unprofessional, would not recommend AT ALL!

After a number of emails were exchanged regarding some potential gardening work we finally agreed on a date for them to come and view the garden in order to give me a quote. The day of the appointment I received am email cancelling the appointment due to extreme weather conditions. I expressed that it was quite unprofessional to cancel an appointment the day of and that we had been aware of the hot weather forecast a week in advance so provision should have been made in advance.
