Professional and friendly experience,no pushy sales and glasses priced very reasonably

I’ve been coming here for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The service is always brilliant and friendly, the space is spotless and welcoming, and there’s a lovely choice of frames to suit all styles. A real pleasure every visit – highly recommend!

I have today returned to Bains Opticians to have my eyes tested after a few years. Cas - the lady on reception is very pleasant and friendly. Qas the optometrist is very knowledgeable - speaks in layman terms - no fancy sales technique - this is what you want - one who is not trying to do the big sales pitch like some large chain stores. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend them.

Great experience today. Very professional and reassuring, taking time to explain changes in my vision. Highly recommend for a local opticians who take time to care.

A fantastic experience from start to finish,
we received a very in depth eye examination,
with results that were explained by the optometrist there and then.

All questions were answered in layman's English with no fancy medical jargon, Which does put you at ease. We all know that eyes are precious and they need to last a life time,so reassurance is key factor.

There are no pushy sales people,(which is a blessing).
This makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, after all eye wear can become very expensive.

We had the pleasure of a very knowledgeable optical advisor, who took her time and had the patience to guided us through to a style that suits us, at a price we are acceptable with, which were are very grateful for.
All in all a great experience all round,

Highly recommend Bains Optical, the optician is excellent very nice young man. The lady behind the counter is very helpful talks you the the whole process and helps you choose your glasses. My go to opticians from now on.
