They spent a lot of money on fixing the car I bought from them. I would certainly come back to buy another the next time I'm looking. Mitchel makes sure you get a good car.

I'd already decided on the car when I went in to see them. They told me it still had to have a bit of work done on it, which they did. Fixed all the MOT advisories and also put in a new timing belt for a real discount. I got another garage to check over the car I bought from Mitchel and they said "the garage you bought the car from put a lot of money into fixing this car for you".

I would definitely go back to Bainbridge in future. I was very happy with the transaction, and also happy that Mitchell didn't release the car to me until he was happy with it.

And also, when I went to see it, they just gave me the keys and left me to look over it in my own time. There was no hard sell, no pressure.

I'd definitely come back again.

I had a really positive experience with Bainbridge Motoring and felt they deserved a review.

My car had a faulty DPF sensor and I was trying to get the repair done through my warranty with Car Care Plan. They told me I could take the car to any VAT-registered garage, but when I contacted four different garages they all refused to deal with the warranty company.

Bainbridge Motoring were the only garage willing to help. Mitchell and the whole team were honest and upfront from the start and were happy to work with the warranty company when nobody else would. They handled the process professionally and kept everything straightforward.

The repair was completed through the warranty without any hassle on my side and the team sorted the communication with both myself and the warranty company and completed the repair itself.

It’s rare to find a garage that’s this helpful and willing to go the extra mile, especially when dealing with warranty companies. Really appreciate the help from Mitchell and the whole team.

About a month ago I was driving home from a weekend away and my front right spring went in my car. I stopped in Perth and thankfully walked into this garage. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. They went above and beyond to try and get my car roadworthy again as soon as possible. I had to book a hotel for the night as parts for car weren’t arriving until next day and they even gave me a lift to the hotel and recommended a lovely place to have some lunch. The mechanic was honest and informative about the state the car was in. He took on the job despite having multiple other cars there and was clearly very busy. I am so grateful to all the team at Bainbridge mechanics for their wonderful service. Cannot recommend highly enough if I could give 6 stars I would!

As this relatively new business is practically on my doorstep, I thought I would seek their assistance when I had an issue with one of my tyres. So glad I did. Offered to do the repair whilst I waited. Fantastic warm and friendly service and a great price too so what’s not to like ? Seems to be a one stop shop for cars as cars for sale here too. Had a browse when my repair was being carried out and some great “first car buys” to be had. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Recently bought a VW Polo for our son from Bainbridge Motoring. Mitchell, Shannon and the rest of the team could not have been any more helpful in the purchasing process. Everything they promised they delivered. Even though timings were tight to prep the car in time for our son's birthday, Mitchell had it ready two days in advance. We will 100% purchase again!

Just been in for New tyres and wheel alignment. Talked about what tyres need replaced and how long it would take. All done on time and very happy after small test drive. All balanced and working well. Will use Bainbridge again.

Companies just been bought over. New owners are first class. Knows exactly what he's doing, knows instantly what's wrong with a car. Gets you the cheapest deal possible. I've used the majority of mechanics in Perth and they either over charge or out and out try and rip you off. This is my new go to garage!

I got 4 new runflat tyres yesterday and the service was exceptional. From the reception, the advice, to the work completed, it was all done with professionalism, care and by a very friendly team. I will be going back for future car work for sure. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Purchased a car recently from bainbridge motoring, car arrived clean, well presented and all in working order. Garage has kept in contact to make sure everything is still in working order. Over all very impressed with my purchase and the service provided.

Purchased this vehicle recently from Bainbridge Motoring, Had the car 2 days and it bro down and needed an ecu (old one was water damaged) car was away for a week after trying to buy a second hand ecu that was also faulty they purchased a new one for the vehicle. This is when it starts to make sense. Upon trying to trade vehicle back in Arnold Clark discovered that it has a salvage title against the vehicle and was purchased from a salvage auction with . Water damage and dents and scratches (paper work provided for proof) making the vehicle worth £10,000 less that what it was purchased for ! I have attempted contact through text and email through help from trading standards to resolve the matter in the last 2 weeks however have been ignored at all costs. I would be very wary of purchasing or leaving vehicles with this garage. Very upset by the handling of this situation and would hate for this to happen to someone else
