Bailey Hats Uses Stupid Artificial Intelligence
Bailey (which is a brand owned by Bollman Hat Company) sent the wrong item. I sent an email message to their customer service department with a photo of the item I received. An AI agent insisted that I return the item before they would send my actual order, PLUS they wanted me to pay $10 for the shipping -- even though it was their mistake. Why should I have to spend my time and money to correct their error before I get the items that I paid for earlier?
