Very Bad Experience in Phase 8 Bahria Town
I live in Sector M, Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. I had a very bad experience here. There security guards follow me when I go for a walk. The security guard on a bike move along with me when I was walking. Security gurards turn on the siren when I am walking, and infront of my home. They used to move their car, and bike outside my home, and look at me from the window. Security guards move around me on a car, and a bike, and used to look at me while I am walking. Their security guard suddenly turned on the siren when I was walking, and I was not aware about that, and my heartbeat fastened. Their security and maintenance services are very bad. When I call the security and maintenance they do nothing, and they are rude with me, and they insult me. When I call the maintenance service, they don't pick up the phone, and the phone keeps on ringing, and after a very long time when they pick up the phone, they don't send the worker, and if they send them, their workers abuse me in my home, and their plumbers and electricians don't do any work. Their employers abuse me. The labourers broke the footpath of my house, and the water pipe came out, and the labourers also abused me, and when I called the maintenance, they did nothing, instead they abused me, and it's been a long time the footpath outside my house is still broken, and the water pipe is visible, and there is mud outside my house. When we moved to Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi newly, there was no water supply in Sector M at that time, and Bahria Town's workers comes to fill the water tank, and they don't come to fill the water tank of my house, and they were very abusive with me, and used to ask personal questions from me. The people of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi are also not good. The houses that are made for sale by the owners are very bad in Bahria Town, and their is no one to take care about that. The electricity wire of our house was cut by the labourers, and all the light goes away, and Bahria Town's electricians didn't repair it properly, and still the wire is not proper. There is a man who always do firing near our house with different guns, and we always woke at 2 PM at night, and doesn't Bahria Town security guards hear that, and no one stops him to do that. We are going through a lot of stress. Their security gaurds do nothing, and a thief girl came to our house, and when we called the security, he fooled me, and called my neighbours for the security camera's video. Now they are also doing load shedding. There is also no sui gas in our sector M. Our maid stole my Quran pen, and all the gold. Here there is very robbery, and servants are thief. They are also sending the property tax, and my mother is a widow, and I'm an orphan, and we don't have any source of income, and how should we give that property tax, and they have written on the property tax's bill, that if the bill is not paid they will sealed our home, or take the property from us, and they have also stamped the name of the police officer with his phone number on the bill, and that police officer didn't pick up our call. They have also increased the amount of their services bill. When I complain them about anything they do nothing, instead they abuse me, but if our neighbours complain them, they are very respectful with them, and take action on their call.
