I’m really impressed with the customer service

I’m really impressed with the customer service provided by Bagsmart. I recently purchased the crush toiletries bag but the third party delivery service never delivered my item. I contacted Bagsmart via email and within 24hrs they responded, had investigated the tracking and identified it had been lost in transit. I was offered multiple solutions and very pleased that they resolved the problem by issuing me a refund. Good, efficient, fast and easy customer service is what keeps me coming back to a company because it gives me trust in the company ethos and the products. I have previously purchased the travel backpack from Bagsmart which I use for travel overseas and I absolutely love it. It is the best backpack I have ever purchased and makes packing carry on luggage so much easier. I definitely feel confident to purchase from Bagsmart again in the future.

The rolling backpack bag is so well…

The rolling backpack bag is so well made with lots of pockets for storage. The customer service team is responsive and accommodating. They were on it when I had an issue that needed to be resolved. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Shipping dilemma resolvedOnce my order was placed

Once my order was placed, I realized it was not being shipped to the right address, but coming to me. I frantically tried getting it corrected, but was unsuccessful. In another attempt I finally got a customer service email and had immediate response from Alicia and then Ritz. They successfully resolved the issue and were more than kind!

​I purchased a handbag from Bags Mart

​I purchased a handbag from Bags Mart at the beginning of February. It isn't even my everyday bag, yet after less than three months of only moderate use, the material on the handle is already severely peeling. The quality is incredibly disappointing for something so new.
​However, what is even worse than the defective bag is the absolute lack of customer service. I have sent two separate emails trying to get this resolved under warranty and the company has completely ignored both of them. I haven't received a single reply or acknowledgment.
​If a company sells a faulty product, they should at least have the decency to respond to their customers. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products and answers its emails. Strongly do not recommend.

1 PENNY SHORT for "Free" Shipping!

The minimum order for "free" shipping is $50. The item I was going to buy was - conveniently - $49.99. I emailed customer support, and they refused to waive the extra penny, which, as you know, would mean I would have to buy a completely different product. I might have become a Bagsmart customer if this had been handled differently, but "support" just decided the best thing to do was to spout policy at me.

Very excellent customer service

Very excellent customer service. I ordered Blast travel backpack from Bagsmart and 5 days later I tracked the status from tracking number and it said already delivered but I didn’t receive it. I emailed them about the status and the service team got back to me right the way with the proof( pictures of the package in front of my front door). I emailed the service team and said sorry because it wasn’t Bagsmart’s fault. It seemed that my package got stolen. However, Bagsmart still offered me a replacement or a refund. I’m very surprised this and I chose the replacement. I got the replacement after 5 days. I love the product. It’s very convenient. I will definitely buy again from Bagsmart.

Superfast Yay!

I realised I needed another set of the Bagsmart Compression packing bags. packing for 70 days, multi-time zones and seasons I needed better organisation.
With only 9 days until take-off I gave it a try.
What a surprise! I ordered on the evening 13th from regional interstate, my parcel arrived today 16th April.
Well done Bagsmart your Blast back pack and packing capsules are a must.

Great Customer Service

Very fast response when I received my order and found a zipper to be broken in 3 pieces on my hanging toiletry bag. I was immediately given 2 options to correct the defective item. They quickly shipped out a replacement with a 20% off a future purchase. It was my first time ordering from this company and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

As soon as I placed my order, there was a discrepancy that needed attention. I emailed customer service and they replied immediately, corrected the issue and had my order shipped the same day. I’m impressed by their responsiveness! Can’t wait for my new bag to arrive!

Terrible, Automated Customer Service

While one of the bags I purchased looks like it’s going to be great, I needed to initiate a return of the other bag. The return process requires you to click on an email link to discuss the return directly with them, which I did. I received an automated response from Zendesk and then heard nothing more one week later I sent another email advising them. This is my second outreach, and received a similar automated response from Zendesk. This is making me really regret not purchasing this on Amazon, where all I would have to do is click one button for a return. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone buying directly from the seller as unfortunate as it is to have to purchase from Bezos, at least I have some recourse as a buyer. Very disappointed.

Great purchase

I’ve ordered once from bagsmart and Im completely satisfied with my purchase (carry on luggage and backpack) my purchase qualified for a free a gift in which I did not receive. Wonderful Backpacks and Amazing Company

I am very impressed when the quality of Bagsmart backpacks and very impressed with the wonderful customer service. I reviewed several backpacks from Bagsmart and other companies. The Bagsmart backpacks won out on function everytime. When I needed support from customer service they responded very quickly with a workable solution. Excellent Customer Service

I recently received my Rolling Travel Backpack. It is a wonderful product, unfortunately, when I received it, there was a defect in the coloring of the bag that was very noticeable. My entire experience with customer service was amazing! I was not sure what my options would be and what was offered exceeded any expectations I had. Every single representative was kind, considerate and very prompt in their responses. They are providing me with a brand new product and the entire experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Bagsmart for any of your travel needs. Thank you all for your help!

Customer service was awesome I had an issue with a coupon code I reached out to customer support and they sent me a knew code that was double the original discount! The bag arrived in under a week and for the price is great well thought out design with useful features, highly recommend.

I contacted them because I could not set the TSA lock code on my 16 inch underseat bag.

I contacted them because I could not find the button to reset my TSA code.

It took a few emails that would have helped except that the model I have was discontinued. I eventually found the way to do it and they did clarify some aspects in my search but basically I figured it out myself. I do give them 4 stars because they were very responsive to my questions.

Customer Service Done Right!

Bagsmart backs up their great products with great customer service! I messaged them with my problem and heard back from, not a meandering, clueless chatbox, but a real live person who resolved my issues to my total satisfaction within minutes. Smart products, smart service. Guess that's why they're called Bagsmart. :-)
