Response times far, far too slow!

I ordered couple of items that were said to be in stock, they were not, but not a big deal. Knowing that I had to wait longer I enquired about an additional item that I would add to the order however your response time were soo slow that my original order was sent while I was still discussing the additional item I wanted to add. The outcome was 1. I didn't get the additional item and 2. You lost a sale.

Order 70153. SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER if you wish to see your money again.

I placed an order 70153 on the 21 september 2024. After a couple of weeks I reached out and got the answer that my items were not in stock due to production problems. I then asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. At first they asked me if I would like something else instead but I wished a refund. Then they stopped responding.

After several emails they answered that they would cancel my order and refund my money (17 october), and stated that it would take 10-12 days before my money would be seen in my account. As of today (11 november) I have sent 9 emails and without any response and no money returned to me.

This is beyond the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After reading some of the reviews it seems like Bagoros perfomance has this sort of way systematized of making money.

Slow shipping, worst customer care

I bought a tail tidy for my bike on June, After months of wait time i asked them to delete my order because in the meantime i sold the bike i bought the item for.
They still shipped the item and After i sent It back to them i am waiting from the 11th of october for the refund. Don't buy from them, their customer care doesn't exist.

Update!

DONT BUY! I was waiting for a Tail Tidy 5 Months... Bought it in May.. I was sending lots of emails, and their response always was "next week" or "there is a problem with the shipping" .. September came and I got really frustrated and asked for a Refund.. it's been a month now and I'm still fighting to get my refund... they even sent my money to a different bank account and I don't even know why since i sent them all my bank info via email..I don't know what else to do..I'm thinking about "Consumer Protection". please do not buy for your own sake..

It's been 4 months since I placed an order

It's been 4 months since I placed an order. I have emailed them 4 times regarding the order and where it is in the process and they always say there are issues with shipping. They said they would dispatch the order in June, but nothing. The last time I enquired about the order was last week and this time there was no response at all.

I would have ordered so many more items from them but considering how long this is taking with no updates from them, probably never again.

Sad because i like their products... i'll try my luck another time!

ordered a product labeled "in Stock"... after 1 month and a half... barely received an update saying they cannot fulfill my order... and i need to wait.... a few more weeks... after 3 months i am still trying hard to receive back my money... it's sad cause i like their social pages and the dude promoting them... etc but they need some enhancements on the customer service side :( giving 2 stars tho

4 months and nothing.

4 months and nothing.

It has been 4 months since my order and I have received nothing yet. One positive I can say in this mess is the automated message each month I would receive when I would check to see the status of my order saying they will need 10-14 more days or saying the items will ship within 2-3 weeks, so there was some time of communication. I did place a claim because I did go through paypal. The company did reach out back to me saying they were going to ship out my order and recommend that I take off the claim. I unfortunatley have to say I regret taking off the claim because now I am almost certain I will never receive my order. I’m sure I will get any automated message here to send them my order number and by the time whomever is reading this rant/review, I would have already sent a handful of emails asking the company where my order is and receive the same excuse that everyone else gets. For individuals who are in the United States who want to order from this company. I strongly do not recommend this company. I hope my donations (the money that was taken from my order) will help your company in some type of capacity. Cheers!
