Absolutely false review.. the product you have purchased in 100% Made in Italy from Carlo Iotti,, we sold thousands of their articles in the past years and never had a single complain or a bad review, If you did not like it you should have told us and we would have been glad to take it back at our own expenses.,.. So we really do believe your review is not true

Outrageous experience
After 3 weeks of waiting, my product is still around, but not in my house. Bagno Italiano is not a precise company, and doesn’t care about the need of his customers. Not an email, a phone call, nothing...
I absolutely don’t recommend any orders online on this website.
