Beautiful, durable and sustainable bags
Really happy I found this company when looking for a new backpack. They tick all the boxes for sustainable, eco-friendly and fair trade on top of making incredible products. The Yaiza backpack I ordered is wonderfully made with a gorgeous design. Have already recommended to friends and they'll be my go-to store for bags in the future!

Bag arrived in great condition and the specification is excellent.
It was slightly delayed, but I was reimbursed some of the delivery.
Also the price and mainly the fact that the bag is environmentally friendly were the main selling points. I will definitely buy a bag from them again.

Practical bag; good service
My order arrived in good time (and plastic-free). The rucksack is pretty, practical, and well made, with well thought out security additions.
I have only just started using it so can't say how robust it is yet, but I am pleased so far!

Great bad, very happy
The bag is great quality, arrived very quickly, and I am very happy with it. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that to wear the bag across your body, I would have liked the strap to extend slightly longer. However, this is a small thing and I am very happy nonetheless.

Shipping etc as expected, communication good. Most importantly the backpack itself is comfortable, sturdy, and spacious. The gift recipient is very happy with this and wears it all the time.

Great quality and service
Bought a bag, great quality. Took a few days until the bag arrived, when I had a question they were super nice and responsive, the bag ended up arriving on the same day (by chance). Happy to support a small business and get good quaity product and service at the same time.
