Geld meteen afgeschreven, maar na een halfuur een mail dat de betaling “mislukt” was en mijn bestelling werd geannuleerd. Daarna moest ik zelf blijven mailen voor een reactie. Onvriendelijke antwoorden, geen uitleg. Ondanks betalingsbewijs krijg ik na dagen wachten alleen terug dat de terugbetaling “handmatig is gedaan” — terwijl ik gewoon mijn koffer wilde. Telefonisch totaal onbereikbaar. Slechte en klantonvriendelijke webshop.
Payment was taken immediately, but half an hour later I received an email saying the payment had “failed” and my order was cancelled. I then had to keep emailing them just to get any response. Replies were rude and offered no explanation. Even after sending proof of payment, I only got a message days later saying the refund had been “processed manually” — while I simply wanted the suitcase I ordered. They never pick up the phone.

Very poor and unfriendly customer service. Would not recommend this webshop at all.

I bought a bag at Bagage24 for €375. Immediately after that, I saw the same bag at Wardow for €265, with a 30% discount using the code SPOOKY.
I emailed Bagage24 to ask if they could do something about this so I wouldn't have to return the bag, which would ultimately be a win-win, also for Bagage24. (Some companies even ask customers to notify them when they see an item cheaper elsewhere, so they can compensate them for the price difference, but not Bagage24.)

To my surprise, a day later, Bagage24 also offered a 30% discount on this bag with the code SCARY. Very childish and customer unfriendly.

I purchased 3 AMERICAN TOURISTER bagages from this website. Only after 2 trips, my big bagage teared apart and the company said that it is not covered by the warranty. I believe the material was not strong enough that it didn’t even work for two trips.

This is misleading to the customer.
After 3 (working) days, the order status is... "Not shipped".
I will never order anything from Bagage24 again

You think you are ordering from a respectful website, until you end up with the wrong order sent to you that you've been waiting for for days, I bought a Suitcase and Received another one with a total different color, Such a bad experience with Baggage24, Stay away of these scammers

Always the right product that was picked and delivered to my door in a fast way even the delivery drivers are friendly. BAGAGE24 Iis a company you can trust.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing from this site due to the reviews on Trustpilot. However, I decided to order a Coach bag, and I'm pleased to say it arrived on time and appears to be authentic, matching the quality of my other Coach bags. The bag was well-packed by Coach, but I was disappointed that it didn't come in a Coach box too. Given the price, I expected more attention to the packaging from Bagage24 to enhance the luxury feel. While the product itself is great, the packaging could have been better.

Good quality travel bags for good price, it was delivered on time with track and trace. I recomend this web shop!

Product ordered, money transferred but never received the product.

Contacted customer support several times. Either way they do not reply at all or are of absolutely no help. According to them a neighbour took the package but there is none that has it. Bagage24 also don’t share which of the neighbours it should be.

Company does absolutely nothing to help.

Very disappointing. Lost 120€.
