Top Service
Great, order was processed and delivered quickly. Product was top notch, as to be expected and the hand written note was a nice touch. Would use the onion shop again, however I'll be visiting the physical shop this coming weekend post a Brecon Beacons run.

Found this company online and ordered some clothing based on the great reviews. The items arrived promptly with lovely packaging which conveyed how much Baffle Haus cares about the customer experience.
Although what I'd purchased was fantastic, it didn't fit unfortunately so I had to return it. There was a slight IT glitch in their system and my initial request was missed. I'm only mentioning this (as it's not a big deal) so I can say I got a call from great chap called Will, who apologised and sorted the issue within minutes. How many shops out there would actually call a customer to assist?! None that i know of.
So all in all, a great all round shopping experience with top notch, previously unheard of personal customer service... so great in fact, actually felt guilty returning the T shirts!
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Baffle Haus again and If I'm ever in the area, I will be popping in for a coffee
