Attention is needed for Outlet goods prices
Very positive is the shop experience with a large selection and the possibility for fitting.
Attention is needed for Outlet goods: The prices are misleading and only 10-20% lower than the regular price in the shop. They claim a 30-50% discount but this is calculated against the reference price of the vendor which nobody pays anyway. They also do not print the regular price on the tag so you can only guess or need to check the regular price in the web shop. I will abstain from the outlet in the future.

I was at Bächli Bergsport at Oerlikon…
I was at Bächli Bergsport at Oerlikon today and was served by Fabian. I have been looking for a suitable hiking boot for over a year in 3 countries. I appreciate that it is not easy with a very small, wide foot. The service here was by far the best I've received. Fabian was extremely knowledgeable, patient, listened actively to my requirements, demonstrated excellent communication skills and was very kind in trying to secure a different size, which was a complicated procedure. I would highly recommend to anyone serious about sports and requiring quality service.

I am a customer of this shop since 2011 and I was never disappointed.
The staff is very competent and helpful.
The assortment is very rich and of very good quality. It is either the best or one of the best shops in Switzerland with outdoor equipment.
Online shop never cheated me about availability of products (this is unfortunately a rare exception).

According to our system, an SMS with the information that the order is ready for collection was sent on 23 July (10:14).
A reminder was sent by email on 29 July (16:58).
We did not receive any error messages indicating that the message could not be delivered.
Could it be that they have ended up in spam?
Please let us know briefly in the shop whether we should continue to reserve the order for you.
