Rip off box that take money out of your account after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription because the items in the box have got less and less. Nearly £15 for a handful of pads & tampons, a chocolate bar that you can buy from Asda for £1 and a little pack of bath salts and a miniature pillow spray, what an absolute rip off. And when you cancel they still take money out of your account, I've had to block them through bank.

As stated in our product description, you are always guaranteed 12 period products from your choice of sanitary pads, tampons or mixed. In addition to this, every month you will receive a mixed assortment of self-care items to help you on your period.
The Better You Magnesium Sleep bath flakes and Bloom & Blossom sleep spray come to a combined retail value of £20+ which is more than the price of our subscription box and the rest of its contents. This does offer great value for money so we are disappointed to read that you think this is a rip off. As stated in our refund policy, if you are unhappy with your box you are more than welcome to return this to us for a full refund.

Waited over a year for boxes
Waited 1 1/2 months to finally receive my box after months of complaints to the awful customer service and when the boxes finally did arrive it was never the right order of a mix of tampons and pads - just tampons. Really really not worth your valuable time trying to get ahold of them

In your order you had specified that you wanted just tampons as opposed to a mixed selection of both which is why you have received this in your boxes. Beautiful packaging
Beautiful packaging, very useful bits. Only dissatisfied with the chocolate as I asked for vegan but received ones containing milk. Apart from that very happy.

This is the highlight of my month! You would think getting a box reminding you of your period approaching would be a Debbie downer event when in actual fact my baeboxx gives me confidence vibes. It is the best treat! I've recommended this to all my friends, including the guys - such a thoughtful gift for the woman in your life.

Our team have been looking into this and can see that there is no delivery confirmation from Royal Mail so this will be deemed as a lost package.

Started a subscription for my girlfriend August and she couldn’t be happier. The pandemic had got the better of both of us and small gestures like this make all the difference. These monthly box of goodies are really a huge pick me up for her and I can’t thank BaeBoxx enough for their great products and customer service!

I have been looking for a period subscription box since PinkParcel went into liquidation. I can honestly say that this box ticked every single thing I was looking for.
The variety of products is great and even if you’re looking for a little monthly treat, they suit most people’s needs for the ultimate period pamper!

Did not recieve my product or refund. Also paid for tracking to which it informed me that the product was sent to Ireland when I live in Nottinghamshire. The 'Baebox' was for my wife. Still have not recieved the product or any correspondence explaining why I haven't recieved it or if it will ever come.

We have just investigated your order with Royal Mail and can see that your item arrived in Nottingham on the 20th May at 18:06. However, it appears that the address you entered when ordering this box was incorrect as your box was then moved to your Royal Mail Customer Service Point at Carlton D0. This has been waiting for you to collect from the 25th of May.
If you had any concerns on the whereabouts of your order then it would have been more helpful for the both of us if you dropped us an email at help@baeboxx.com. Therefore, we could have rectified this earlier with you as opposed to receiving this bad review.
