Order never shipped and refund very slow !!
1 week after my order I've received an email telling me that delivery to my country (France) was not possible anymore !
They asked for my bank account number for the refund but they finally refund me by paypal with a very slow payment method : it tooks more than 2 weeks (my order was over 800€) !!
Worse, you can still order the same products and ask to be delivered in France... they did not even rectify !!!!
This is really not a serious or reliable seller !

Delivery Not Successful
Dear Badpunt,
I'm sorry to say that the delivery was unsuccessful. I received a voicemail from the delivery person explaining that he was 20 minutes away from delivery. Both my wife and I and we both spend most of our time during the day in meetings. We had no chance of being home in time with such short notice. An email the day before providing us with a 2 hour estimate would have worked well.
I will try to order the washbasin bowls again.
