The delivery is good and you get a good product . But unfortunately they won’t take it back if the handle plastic is removed while trying out even the product is same as new. I find other websites allow to try and use it in a better way

I would like to give my honest opinion about this website. The service is quite good. The shipping is relatively fast. I have bought 5 badminton rackets from them and they are all very good. All of them are real products. All was strung like I have requested. There was only one of them has arrived a little bit late. But thats ok. I do recommend this website and their service for anyone, who need a good new badminton racket.

Edit 2025.04.07: The Shop Contacted me and due to a overlap of my buyer Protection request the refund was blocked.
So better experience now. The retour process could be a bit quicker.

My Retour from my order 1200054265 was received but until now i did not get my money back.

The product arrived in good condition and the stringing was done professionally up to my specific requirements. They have good quality products in wide varieties. The end product can be customised upon your needs and the prices are very favourable.
Would be nice to have an easy contact option for the customers to make some queries.

Really frustrating delivery system. I am waiting for more than 2 weeks for my package. During the first delivery the DHL returned it to sender without prior information and since then I have been receiving excuses of miscommunication with warehouse and etc. There is no update on when I will receive my package even after regular emails. Even though I was assured delivery.

Great racket, logistics is also fast, the fly in the ointment is that there is no bag for the racket, only a thin plastic bag, but it does not affect my love for this racket.

Regarding the string, I just a little surprised that you are using 2 points string instead of 4 points string.

All others are so perfect and I think I will purchase a new racket here again!

Every Yonex Racquet that too Astrox category comes with a cover which was not delivered for my ordered and upon asking the same. I was informed that Yonex decides which racquet comes with a cover. Even a beginner level racquet from yonex has a cover due to the branding , I somehow was not convienced with the answer from the support team.

If yonex is not providing racquet covers for Astrox series to badminton shop de then you should re-evaluate your service agreement as this certainly is and will impact customer experience.
