My experience with Badges UK was positive from the beginning, with prompt responses regarding initial pricing and mock ups. The final product was great quality and there was clearly attention to detail in terms of producing the design I had provided. The team were also kind enough to provide extra badges as a gesture of good will.

We have been working with badges UK to produce a pin badge for a special project raising funds for Cancer Research Wales. Badges UK gave a good quote (considerably less than others we had) They also offered to make a donation to our fund raiser (they have given £100) The communication was always prompt and timely and any questions answered. They also offered to make a sample because we were ordering a large number of badges. The badges arrived as agreed and we are extremely pleased with the quality and design. We would highly recommend using them.

Procedures are simple and straightford. Great customer service! Goods are in superb condition as agreed.

I needed pins with a fairly quick turn around time and Jill from BadgesUK really come through. Design process was super quick, they gave me options and quotes and we quickly moved to the production phase. Jill kept me updated through out and delivery was extremely reliable, they used UPS first class which was great to see.

Great service and prompt delivery. We needed a duplicate of one of our awards made. After providing photos of the original they were able to reproduce a good quality badge for reasonable price. We intend to use them again.
