Terrible experience – misleading, unresponsive, and unreliable

I placed an order with Bader.nl on October 14th for a pair of Sony headphones as a gift. The product was listed as "in stock." By November 19th, I still hadn’t received anything, so I contacted customer service for an update. After waiting eight days for a response, I was informed the product was out of stock and might arrive in “2 plus or minus weeks.” This delay was already far too long, so I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Their reply on December 3rd—another week later—was more of the same. They said the item was expected that week and that shipping would take another ten working days. I reminded them that the headphones were meant to be a gift and the waiting time was unacceptable. I explicitly requested a cancellation and reimbursement.

Despite this, on December 10th, they informed me the package was already being prepared for shipment and could no longer be canceled. This was three weeks after my original cancellation request, and now they expected me to receive the product and return it to them, adding another 4-6 weeks to the process!

When the package finally arrived, the wrong product was sent—a Philips headset instead of the Sony model I ordered. Even the brand was incorrect.

This entire experience has been a nightmare:

Misleading stock information
Unacceptably long delays
Unresponsive and unhelpful customer service
Holding my money for months with no resolution
Sending the wrong product in the end
It feels like one big scam designed to take and hold customers’ money. I strongly advise against shopping with Bader.nl. They can’t be trusted.

Terrible services

Terrible services. Ordered early August. I waited until end of October as I remembered I never received anything. I contact them and they inform its out of stock so they will refund me. I was never contacted during those 3 months and I highly doubt they would have ever refund me if I hadn't asked. Never saw that before. Extremely unacceptable
