They don't care about you as a customer - I'll find another company that does

Sarah on live chat takes forever to respond & clearly doesn't give a s.ht about me or anything.

Tons of their products are sold out. When I asked for a recommendation on a one-hit & a small bong not expensive, she gave me a $40 bong which for me is on the expensive side, she didn't give me anything else & at that point I didn't want to order.

Clearly they don't care about their customers.

I said thanks take care, NOTHING.

First time customer

First time customer. I ordered a difficult to find glass piece for my rig and I got it 2 days later. Ordering from new companies in this category of retail products can be a very shifty venture because of all the shady operators out there. I'm happy to report a good experience. Would recommend and would buy from again.

terrible experience

Ordered a setup for my vacation home and another one to my house. They confirmed both orders, and then canceled them without any explanation. This was right before the holidays so I was expecting to come home and have a setup. These dudes ruined my holiday and didn’t even acknowledge that they made a mistake. Worst customer service. Stay away.

This team is unreal

This team is unreal. Simple and easy personalized experienced, just reach out to them. I spoke to them on the phone, could tell they were working hard and working late, but they didn't hesitate to stop what they were doing to make sure I was matched up with the right items. One piece had a manufacture defect too, they didn't bat an eye at making sure I had what I needed then too. Perfect experience, will shop here again

Good customer service.

Ordered a banger off this website. Came a day early. Unfortunately the banger cracked under heat after using it 5 or so times (this is the fault of Bear quartz not badass). I sent them a few pictures through the live chat and told them what happened, without hesitation they set me up with a new one.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Placed a order for my husband. I never received a shipping confirmation so I checked my order at staus and it says it was cancelled. I used the chat function and someone said they would let the boss know and that was the end of that conversation. Noone ever got back to me so I placed my order again. The next day low and behold my order was cancelled again. I called the customer service line noone answers. I'll be finding another company to order from you guys are a joke.

The worst customer service

I had the exact same experience as someone else on here, they cancelled my order without informing me and I had a hell of a time trying to get help through their customer service, they were so rude I couldn’t believe it, and no one there will help me redo the order (I paid using my partner’s card, which apparently melted their brains). Definitely avoid these guys. DEFINITELY avoid Sarah in customer support. She is a nightmare.

Unfortunately in this case he used someone else's card and we were unable to verify that the cardholder authorized the purchase. Therefore the order was cancelled and the card was not charged.

False Advertising

False Advertising. On their website they advertise that if you purchase a product before a certain time frame, the product will arrive by the given date. I ordered on Saturday and was promised delivery by Thursday. But here I am on Tuesday and the product hasn't even been received yet at the distribution center. Now I would have been fine waiting, but since they promised delivery, here I am writing a negative review. Disappointing. Don't make promises you can't keep!

Shat on by Customer Service

My order was cancelled and I received no notice.

I checked on the order per the schedule ship date and I found out that it was cancelled.

When I reached out to Sarah in Customer Service, she responded harshly and rudely and had zero interest in recompensing my experience with BadAssGlass.

This company walks around with its thumb up its ass calling itself a "#1 premier headshop." This is not a professional outfit. Save your money and mental energy for more deserving individuals.
