Still waiting for goods I purchased last November. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but no success.I do not recommend Badass Baby
They have blocked my emails.
Definitely be wary purchasing from this company.

I made an order for 3-in-1 Prestige Baby Stroller with Car Sear Travel System (Worth 600 USD) and Baby Bed With Pillow Portable/Foldable Crib With Newborn (Worth 130 USD).

I made the purchase almost 3 months ago, and the tracking information they send says not available.

Badass Baby is now ignoring me, they took my money, 730 USD, and now not responding to my emails, all the tickets I'm opening, and there is no way to get a direct answer by phone, just a dummy answer machine.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND !
I ordfered from them when I was still traveling outside of the US, in hopes I would have it when I returned home. It was a birthday gift for my nephew. I finally received it yesterday , a month after his birthday.
Unfortunately, there was absolutely NO Information or instructions with the item, and no where to call or comtact the company, There was a card with there name on it " It said if you have any questions, their support team is available 24/7/365" But they didnt tell you where or how to contact them. When I tried to go to their website it says the website is not available. What the heck kind of a company is this ??????? I will certainly NEVER order form them again. I had not seen their reviews before I ordered or I certainly would not have had anything to do with them.

Bought the three in one rose gold stroller/car seat. The car seat is illegal in Canada. They responded with an open ticket said someone would be in touch then said because I didn’t contact them they closed the ticket. Total scam no one ever actually contacted me

I ordered an item over a month ago and still have not received it. The company continues to send me emails to rate their service but does not respond to my numerous emails and facebook message re my delivery. Also dodgy when they supply no phone number to contact them on. I am now seeking legal advice.

I am a South African who has purchased items on the internet on a few occasion without hassle. The site gives a 30 day guarantee. Well, I ordered my item in February. We are 2 months shy of a year that I have been waiting,
They are scammers. Replying with Generic, useless and pass the buck emails. Their management is nowhere. They don't take responsibility at all. I will go out of my way to report them with whomever I must.

So if they even want to respond to this review it better not be generic, it better not be from a frontline staff member and it better state that they will refund me!

You should be ashamed of yourselves! Scamming people out of their hard earned money!!! look at your ratings? this company is a problem. A serious problem

Ordered a lego type marble run toy for my son for xmas. It did arrive in the set time period but it came unboxed. This product is cheap Chinese cr*p! Totally scammed, cost me a lot of money to buy this product also.

Ordered a 30 euros baby carrier, never came. Contacted them by email many, many times. No help. No refund.

STAY AWAY.

I ordered a $50 hoodie from this company. I got it in the mail about two months late. They sent the wrong product so I tried contacting them over ten times in about a six month time frame. Never got a response. So I opened up a case with PayPal. Sent the product back and had to pay $23 shipping. Apparently tracking stops once it hits Thailand so PayPal refused to pay me back since it never showed the product was delivered even though it literally said on the tracking out for delivery. So basically paid $50 for wrong hoodie, paid $23 to ship the hoodie back, and never got reembursed for any of it. Horrible company. I will never recommend it to anyone and will always have nothing but bad things to say about it. Bunch of scam artists.

Super unhappy with this company. I ordered a badass carrier that was supposed to come in 2-3 weeks, it still hasn’t come over a month later! I purchased it only for the week (this one ending now) that my mom was watching my son and it was supposed to come in plenty of time, it didn’t. Worse, the customer service was lacking completely. They basically told me too bad I could only wait until it actually arrived (whenever that might be) and then pay my own money to ship back, taking no responsibility for their lack of ability to keep to their promises arrival times. I would not order again for them and would recommend others think hard about doing so!

The item I received was a fake and they did not reply to my return request, have had to lodge a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Paypal make you return the goods with tracking which is expensive so you end up out of pocket and may not even get your money back.

The absolute WORST company to order with. I ordered 2 baby products. They sent me one which got to me a month later and forgot to send me my other one. When I reached out to them they ignored all my emails and Facebook messages. When I said I wanted a refund they suddenly shipped my item out (which is going to take another month to get to me). I would NEVER in my life order from this inconvenience of a business ever again! I wish I could give you negative stars!

i ordered products in sept'17, till date its been 7 months i did not receive any of the products or any refund and no replies ....
never trust this company they are cheaters ....

What a shame! I bought a Christmas gift for my niece on November 15 and it is in progress with more than 1 month of delay... poor site/ zero customer service!I don’t recommend that... now I don’t have the gift and my money! I expected at least respect!

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I purchased a flying fairy for my daughter and it was faulty. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to return the faulty toy (at my own expense) in order for them to consider a refund. The cost of return postage was more than the cost of the toy so I declined and asked for my refund given the toy was broken and did not work. They have not responded to my request.

I'd give this "company" 0 stars if possible. I ordered a toy in November as a Christmas present for my niece as their website said it would be delivered mid December. A week before Christmas the delivery date was changed to mid January with no explanations. The new delivery date in January came and went with no package in sight.
I wrote to Badassbaby with my concerns on the whereabouts of my package and was assured by 'Melanie. R. Lim' that it was processed and had been shipped. I was given a link to the tracker which is ridiculous and a complete waste of time! Apparently my package has been sitting somewhere in Turkey for over a month?? It's been 2 months and still no sign of my package! I wrote back to get a refund, but will be surprised if I get a response from anyone with an actual brain cell. Bunch of frauds!
