Vous avez passé commande le 28/10/2025, et votre colis a été expédié le jour même. Vous résidez en Allemagne, où le délai de livraison est d’environ 4 jours ouvrés. Nous sommes le lundi 03/11/2025, et avec le week-end entre les deux, tout est donc normal. La livraison est d’ailleurs prévue pour aujourd’hui.
Tous les emails de suivi, contenant les liens de suivi de colis, vous ont bien été envoyés. Je vous invite à vérifier vos spams si vous ne les voyez pas dans votre boîte de réception.
Vous avez laissé un avis négatif seulement 3 jours après votre commande, alors que la livraison vers l’Allemagne prend 4 jours ouvrés.
Juste pour information, laisser une note d’une étoile est effectivement très simple : un clic, et c’est fait. De votre côté, vous passez à autre chose. Mais de notre côté, ce genre de notation a un impact considérable sur notre petite structure indépendante. Nous faisons vraiment tout notre possible pour satisfaire nos clients. Dans votre cas, un simple message pour nous demander où en était votre colis aurait permis d’éviter toute frustration.

Today is Monday, November 3, 2025, and with the weekend in between, everything is perfectly normal. In fact, your delivery is scheduled for today.
All tracking emails, including your parcel tracking links, have already been sent to you. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them in your inbox.
You left a negative review only three days after placing your order, even though deliveries to Germany take around four business days.
Just for context, leaving a one-star rating is indeed very simple — one click and it’s done. From your side, that’s it. But on our side, this kind of rating has a significant impact on our small independent business. We truly do everything we can to satisfy our customers. In your case, a simple message asking about your parcel would have helped avoid any frustration.
