When I bought it, I didn't receive a confirmation email to my inbox but then I realized it got into my spam folder. So make sure you check over there. The delivery was very fast, I think only took 1 day. The product looks fine, I've been using it for 3 weeks now and feel the difference in my posture, I now am more conscious about my posture thanks to it. I would recommend at the beginning only use it for about 10 minutes and not use it during an activity where you require to move your arms so much because it can be uncomfortable. I got used to it later on.

Yep.. Relief.
Yep. Direct relief. Support to the nexus of the neck. Makes me think that the word neck is derived from nexus or something.. Gonna go buy a pair of backups, because I just stopped feeling a pain I haven't been aware of feeling for years. Wish I could buy more expensive versions..
