Top Quality, Fast Delivery,Excellent communication
Delivery was prompt and we were kept up to date from start to finish.
The gazebo we bought is top quality and looks like it will last for a long time.
Be prepared though, this is a heavy piece of kit and requires a lot of space when identifying and laying out the many components.
My wife and I are both in our mid 60’s and we managed to build the gazebo, although it did take us around 8 hours start to finish, including a few breaks 😂 but it was a great experience and we were impressed at the overall quality and design of the gazebo.
The instructions were detailed and made the whole project possible.
If you choose to buy a Backyard Discovery product (and I recommend you do) you won’t be disappointed, but my only advice would be to be prepared for a full day to assemble, make sure you have enough space to lay out all the parts and identify what you need as you go, and have at least one competent DIY person on the job, take your time and read all the instructions carefully !
Top quality product and excellent company - I highly recommend

Service Extraudeneer
To say this company was a delight to deal with would still be selling them short. I purchased a very pleasing on the eye gazebo. Within a very short while the goods arrived. Some days later, waiting for the first proper sunny day of March, I began to assemble. With willing wife to help, we built the thing, bit by bit, one panel after the other, finally reaching the concluding part. The finishing line was in sight..... And then, things took a turn. Something happened....not sure what but before I knew it, some of the planks split .... I was now in possession of a broken, non repairable mountain of woods and screws..... Ultimately I inspected the situation and realised 4 of the planks were broken. The rest remained in good order... I reached out to Backyard Discovery and asked if they had replacement parts. I would have been willing to pay.... 24 hours later I got a response..... In a nutshell the reply started by advising they had no replacements but had ordered me, free if charge, the replacement planks I was after, from America. 7 days after that response the replacement parts were delivered to my door..... So, to more or less echo what I said at the start... The people at Backyard Discovery, I salute you.

Robust pergola.
Took a chance on ordering the pergola as I had never heard of your Company before. However it arrived quickly and well packaged. The builder is outside right now putting it together and he says it's straight forward, easy enough to assemble if time consuming. He has just finished, taken a good 6 hours. Looks solid and robust as well as attractive.

Garden swing and play set.
This product requires considerable assembly but the instructions are clear and all the parts are provided and well labelled.
You will require a drill and some drill bits, the odd spanner etc. Battery power tools will make the job easier.
It is best to set out the parts in a clean dry area and work from there. I would advise against getting the parts out in your garden as small pieces will get lost.
Overall good quality and would recommend.

Great online experience to purchasing…
Great online experience to purchasing our new all steel BBQ Gazebo. The delivery arrangements were okay but were put back twice, and it was 7 days before receiving the goods. Excellent packaging and very simplistic build instructions. Good quality steelwork and it remains to be seen how the structure survives our weather in Scotland. Unfortunately, out of the 8 roof panels, one panel was not pre-drilled, and this was an extra unexpected task. Overrall 9/10

Recently purchased xl bbq gazebo . After purchase and before delivery there was a promotion and it was reduced in cost. The company reimbursed me the difference without any prompting from me. That was tremendous customer service. I have just received the product today which requires constructing so can’t yet comment on the quality of the product

We were extremely happy with our purchase and absolutely delighted with the customer service we received. Although the product did not initially come with exactly what we were looking for, the company went above and beyond. As other products within their range included it, they honoured this and sent the extra item out to us with no hassle and no quibble at all.
The whole transaction was very easy from start to finish, and the service truly was five-star. We are very happy with the products and very happy with the company overall. Highly recommended.
