I dealt with luisa at backyard design…
I dealt with luisa at backyard design and it was an absolute pleasure working with her.
My order was wrong but she quickly rectified the order and made sure I got what I wanted from the start.
I will 100% order from you guys again, even the shipping was quick and hassle free. Thank you for a great experience and an even greater looking bike with my new personal design added to my bike.

Does not deliver despite promises . Do not buy from this guy.
I have ordered a graphics kit for my mx bike. Payment was done up front via Paypal.
As I never got any response on my order have sent a mail asking what is going on.
The guy answered - it should take 14-18 days.
Do you think I have received anything after 19 days ? No !
So I mailed again and the guy answers it should take another week or so since he only counts working days !!?
After that it should take another 10 days to get the graphics.
So if I still would believe in his story I might get something 6 weeks later.
I think this is a fraudster where the guy only wants to buy more time.
Do not get frauded ! Do not order from this one man company. It is most likely a fraud which I will report to Paypal.
