I'm increasingly amazed at companies…
I'm increasingly amazed at companies that seem incapable of sending the simplest of replies to an initial sales enquiry. Even an auto reply is better than being ghosted - and thats after a 2nd enquiry email too. I'm guessing that the query is either out of the company's remit and they just cant be bothered or hey, maybe it's issues with basic syntax and grammar. I mean after all who ever said a company needed client service skills to succeed and if it is a small company with probably just 2 dudes and a screwdriver we'll forgive them right? Naa - Im a small company - and communication is everything. It not just about having a half decent website that make you look like you are something you are (probably) not. All I know is, it prompted me to do a tad more research find out the answer myself and spend £2400 with a competitor. Meh!
