After more than a year as a customer
After more than a year as a customer, they delivered at the end of the day, and differently from all the previous times, they didn't ring the bell or give any notice that it was delivered; I only noticed on the next day. I lost $350 in dog food. They only said, "sorry for your loss". After trying to contact them, they didn't return my call, and when they answered the phone, they only repeated that it was not their problem.
I was expecting a negotiation, at least. Nobody would ever deliver a perishable item and leave them there without any notice. It is not reasonable. I would be willing to accept the situation after negotiation, but unfortunately, they don't care enough about their customers.
