Disgraceful service. Wife ordered a Beatles T-Shirt for my birthday and on opening and trying on the collar was all mis-shapen and of a very poor quality. No response to two emails about the issue and a return. £25 + postage wasted. Steer clear

Spent over £140 and not received my delivery and now my emails are being ignored. Very poor customer service and being so near to Christmas I'm all that money down with no idea on when I'm going to get my delivery or a refund. Absolutely shocking given the cost of living crisis.

Ordered 2 t-shirts in size XL after discovering the amplified ones are a bit small. Needed to return one of them but when I enquired about the return process I got ignored. Tin pot operation.

Got sent the wrong size tried several times to contact them about sending it back for the correct size to be sent, finally someone contacted me with a return form, sent the item back and was looking forward to receiving the right size only to be informed that I had been refunded instead so I've ended up with no Tee shirt
