Finger weg von dieser Firma!
I did purchase a Car Charger, through the eBay Site, which the Company runs under the name "Express_versand".
The Charger was fully damaged when I received it. A slow and bad customer service, has just ended up with, an offer of a return slip, and to return the goods. But for me, it's a lot of extra trouble, and extra money out of my pocket, to return it from Denmark.
And the mail correspondance with the customer service, is hopeless (as other also have experienced). So I ended up with a damaged Charger, which I have to repair for my own cost, and time use!
For a very little Money, they could just have send a new one, without any problems.
But I guess, that these people who stands behind this Company, is only interested in profit, and for this, the customers is just a necessary "things", and not something which means anything!
I hope people will stay away from this Company (and their eBay webshop), as it's the only way such Companies understand, the meaning of having satisfied customers!
