Got a call from my banks fraud

Got a call from my banks fraud department about a charge to my account. I didn't recognize the charge and they informed me to call the phone shown to see what this was for. The lady asked for my name and email address. She then told me what my email address was amd what the product was that I had supposedly ordered back in April for a trial membership of 14 days and was just being billed for. I never received the item and honestly didn't remember ordering the knee brace. Not sure how much I have been charged at this point so I'll be reviewing this with the bank.

I got a pair of sock

I got a pair of sock, for the cost of shipping. Didn’t realize there was a membership fee. 7 months later, I closed my charge card so they would quit charging. But when I called 3 different times, they had no record of any of mine information! No name, or address. This company is a total scam, and customer service is downright nasty.

They're a rip off and scammers

They're a rip off and scammers. Don't purchase nothing from them. They don't send you your product and then they go ahead without your consent and charge you monthly over $35 for nothing. Stay away and avoid scam and headaches. Plus they're rude when you contact support in a email

Back solutions store is a RIP OFF!

Back solutions store is a RIP OFF!
Do not Buy from this store!
They suck you in with a Free knee brace only $6- for shipping, then they try to up sell you tons of products before you leave. I said No to everything.
I just wanted to see if this knee brace would be good for my 91yr mother.
Then they say; “ You signed an agreement for their monthly VIP Club for $37.35 a month and charged my account later. I did not Authorize this!
I contacted them for a refund which they haven’t sent yet. I hate misleading companies with No moral scruples. I am reporting them to BBB and exposing them on FB & IG.
A very dissatisfied customer.

Before you purchase anything from VIP…

Before you purchase anything from VIP Members Only Store, aka backsocksleeve.com, aka backsolutionstore, I’d like to share my experience. The “free” elastic knee sleeve that cost $6.95 for shipping & handling, isn’t worth the value of shipping & handling. It is nothing more than an 11” elastic sleeve with two straps that wrap around the knee. No cushioning. It offers no protection. If I had purchased it locally, I could have returned it. Also, be aware that the company will charge your credit card on the 14th day. They claim an email was sent from Derek Jenkins before the charge as a reminder, but the first email I received from Derek was the day after the charge. I contacted them on the day of the charge and they would not refund the $37.57. So I purchased a useless sleeve of elastic for $44.00. Just want you to make an informed decision.

I bought socks from this company in…

I bought socks from this company in July of last year. I called to cancel any further payments before the 14 days was up. i did not keep checking that they would cancel these payments and keep their word. they have been taking my money since last year, i found out recently by my bank statements and called again. It has been challenging trying to get my monies back.

I bought support socks from this…

I bought support socks from this company and the promo was free socks and pay shipping. Try the socks for 14 days and if the customer didn't want to continue with the club to cancel membership. I then get a charge on my bank account for club membership. I received the socks on September 8th so that would have given me to the September 22nd to cancel. Derek Jenkins ells me that he sent an email to remind me of the 14 day trial was over. BUT the email was sent from Derek Jenkins and not BackSolutionStore or even SockHelpers of which I received email when I got the socks. He insists that it has been 14 days but it has been 14 days from when I made the purchase, not received. I give 1 star because they are good socks. But I recommend people NOT to deal with this company. They don't even know how to count days.
