SCAM - no delivery, no communication. Luckily, my bank has refunded me but it's still annoying that this thief has the website live.

Ordered on 02/01/26 no product no response - avoid.
Ordered on 02/01/26 - still no Backraze delivered. I contacted them on the 10th and 23rd and again today 04/02/26 requesting and update with no response. Poor communication and still no product delivered.

I think it's a scam! I placed an order, more than 1 month pass and nothing came, no answers to email, etc.

Total scam.
Do not use this company
I Placed order two weeks before Christmas tho I did receive confirmation of purchase at the time of ordering the stated delivery time was 2-7 days
One week before Christmas I had still not received a tracking email for the parcels.
Therefore I called the company number and spoke to them in person explaining not received any correspondence he looked up order number and told me that it hadn’t been sent out but no explanation why, he told me he would send out that day I explained it was two people Christmas presents that I needed them by Christmas.
I then followed it up straight away with a email asking him to express delivery to guarantee Christmas delivery for me.
No confirmation received on the back of my email 4 days later still no tracking email had been received.
So I called over 25 times to no avail
leaving numerous voicemails and texts
To date I have still not received any parcels nor tracking information.
It is now 4 January
I have had to contact credit card company to claim money back which I have now received.
I have tried to contact sell before writing this but to no avail
This seller also sell on Amazon
Do not purchase anything from this seller /company
They left me unable to give any gifts to two family members
Unforgivable how the company treats their customers
Please do not use .
