First time dealing with this company and the last

I ordered one pair of boots. Recieved two emails regarding delivery. One to my address and one to my house number and postcode but totally random street name. I have emailed them numerous times as I have been charged for both. They either don't answer or say you ordered two. I can't get refunded until its returned to them
This has been going on for nearly one month now. Customer service is appalling. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

emailed on 27th August (not a working day) about returning seriously faulty boots received (will damage the wearer's feet), have not had a reply yet (it's now 31st so 3 full working days without reply as no bank hol on Monday in France).

Ordered a solar panel. Arrived after 9 days. It works but doesnt charge many items i have tried with the product. Ie power banks or phones. Of which i have 2 of each and it failed to charge them even a percentage. For the prices asked even with the offers on at the moment, My purchase certainly hasnt been worth the 35 pound i payed. More a 10 to 15 pound product. At the 70 pound price when the offer ends i certainly advise not to buy the product. Havent tried to ask for a refund as reviews state they will avoid the messages. However they are quite consistant with push ads and emails to try and sell their produce which shows willingness to sly people out of money for second rate items. Very little selection of products. All round ill give a 1 star because they was within the delivery time and the item does work to some degree.

They Sent the package too late. The package was received after 15 days( they say between 6-14 days on their website), so we received it too late for our travel and had to leave before receiving it. We left for 14 days , without access to internet. We came back to ask to return it but couldn’t as it was above 14 days ( we contacted on day 15). They refused the return and didn’t reply further to our com.
Terrible customer service, unreliable and 0 flexibility. You would thought they’d have a bit more understanding for “backpacker”.
Don’t recommend.

Terrible customer service . They sent the wrong size boots and just ignore my emails to arrange for them to be returned . I had to buy some in the right size elsewhere as they were so poor at responding . I now have a pair of boots in the wrong size which they need to arrange collection of .

Tried to return a pair of shoes that are just cheap Chinese quality. Took a while to get a response, in the end I can keep the shoes and get refunded which is v generous!

Placed order and not received my items. Emailed twice with no reply. No email to say items been shipped although on the order confirmation it states one will be sent. Please do not purchase through this company.

I haven't received my package for a month. No contact with customer service and no refund possible. If the package does not reach you, you simply lose money.

Really poor customer service. They don't answer their emails. Don't do business with them.
Still waiting for my order.

I ordered boots from this company on the 23rd of August and they were never delivered. They don't answer emails and when they do just send tracking links. The courier has sent them back to the company and even after I screen shot the proof of return to them I am still waiting for a refund worst company I have ever bought from
Do Not use this company

I ordered a sleeping bag from this company. Meant to arrive from 30/6-4/7.I didn't receive it in time so I checked the tracking number, which showed the item ariving from China to Shanghai. How wasn't it ever going to arrive in the time scheduled!!!! Extremely disappointed. Plus when enquired by mail, recieved reply in different language, which I don't understand. It looks like a scam.
