Terrible Experience: No Refund After 90 Days from BackpackBang.com

Great Service

I have been travelling with Backpack since 2018 and recently traveled with them in Jan 2023 and my experience throughout the whole journey was great. They are very strict with their commitments. I landed on Jan 11 2023 and received my payment on Jan 21st. I have suggested some of my family members also. Hopefully their experience would be great too

It's my first time as a traveller and my experience is quite good with them. Their website very organised, rapid repsonse for any query. My uncle also travelled with them. And his experience was also good. They refund our deposit and pay our payment within due time. Best wishes for them.

Please Do Not Travel with Backpack …

I wish I could give them negative scores!! What a horrible experience! My trip to Bangladesh was a mess only because of them! I carried 2 luggages from USA to Bangladesh and they didn’t pay me what they are supposed to! Please, take it very seriously and Do Not Travel with Backpack if you care about your money!!

Backpack is NOT paying travelers

Personally, I think Backpack is laundering money and cheating customers/travelers from both end.

Well where to start

Well where to start! I ordered a electronic product which they offered me to deliver within a month, but after over a month of waiting after the payment there was no progress. They cancelled the order and made me wait another month for the money which was also a failure. Then I used a ninja technique to escape from this stupid scammer. I got the product with extra money after around another month and half. Total around 4 months for a simple product with special pain is my butt. Never order anything from them unless u want to get punished willingly for your past sins. Sigh

Be aware..!
Stay 1000 meters+ away from them. They are 10000% scammer. From December 2019, their business is stopped, and didn't complete any refund. Now they are targeting new victims through black Friday, 11-11 deals, etc.
