I ordered a refurbished phone Samsung Galaxy S23 on 5th June. I changed my mind and cancelled the order the following day. Soon, I received an email with instructions / steps to complete in order to receive a refund. I received a full refund on 10th June.

I bought a Google Pixel Pro 7. The phone arrived, it worked, the software looked legit. I reflashed the firmware and software anyway. The phone had signs of use, they were matching the expectation as per description on the website. The screen was supposed to have micro scratches, those were acceptable. But the screen also had a circle around the fingerprint scanner that is not expected. The colours inside that circle are very visibly brighter than the rest of the screen, but the screen still works within the circle both visually and touch. I didn't bother to complain as this is a phone to experiment with software. Had the screen matched the micro scratch description, this review would have been a 5 star

I have ordered a laptop from this guys on 27th morning and on 29th evening, while I was waiting for it to be delivered they send a refund mail without any mention of what was going on or what's the reason for the refund.All this, after they sending an email telling me that, they would deliver thenitem earlier than first mentioned. Do not bother to buy from back market if you need something urgently and expect to get it delivered on time. Totally unprofessional!

I was thinking for a long time about whether to buy a refurbished phone, because after all, it’s still a refurbished device. In the end, I bought a Galaxy Z Flip 6 , and I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, and its condition was like brand new. The packaging and everything else were excellent. I waited around 3 months before writing this review, and everything is still working perfectly. The screen is great, and I haven’t had any issues. I definitely recommend it!
