It took them over a week to send me the return packaging. By then I had sent my old phone back using my own packaging. I then got a message saying they had cancelled the trade in. Eventually I convinced them that I had returned it and they found it!
They then tested it and found a fault that wasn’t there when I sent it in so reduced the trade in offer from £100 to £30.
Beware!
The new phone seems fine but without a decent trade in I wish I’d bought a new one as the price reduction wasn’t that great.

Totally poor service unfortunately. Phone came with issues from day one and developed issues such as power button not working and the mag safe charging failing. In addition the service from the customer support team was super slow and they where really unhelpful.

I was a bit sceptical firstly, but my sister have her phones from back market and i bought one for myself too. The first purchase had some remarks, but backmarket customer support is excellent. Answered within minutes and solved the issue very fast. I recommend it to everyone who looks to buy phone at decent price.

My phone is perfect 👌 and the good battery

My Pixel 9 Pro XL arrived in good conditiona nd I was happy with it until I discovered within a few days of use that the microphone was defective. I sent it back (the whole process was very efficient) and not long after I had a replacement of the same colour and spec which was actually in a better cosmetic condition. Can't recommend highly enough!

Always top quality this time it was a smartwatch. Fast delivery. Back Market is my first and usually only place to visit for a phone or in this case a watch.
