I ordered a (new) Backpack.
Order arrived on time. Delivery and packing were good.
Unfortunately it was obviously previously used - there was even an old hat in it with moth holes. Disguting! So far my emails haven't been answered and I have received no information on how to return it for a refund. Now they have my money, they aren't interested.

Terrible Service, no refund yet
Terrible Service. Items were shown as available. Order was cancelled. No refund yet, a week later. Very disappointed. Items are now shown as back ordered and available in three weeks - but instead of communicating with me and asking what my preference would be (waiting for the items, or getting refunded now) the order was just cancelled. I hope I will get my money back.

Parcel not delivered, can not trave it.
The purchasing was fine. But I'm very disappointed, I still haven't received the package, the parcel is not traceable. I wasn't at home at the time of the supposed delivery (yesterday), and none of the codes that I have seem to work.
